Le Mistral Restaurant has carved a niche for itself on the West
side of Houston with some of the finest French cuisine the greater
Houston area has to offer. While customers may detect a hint of
Provençal flair on the menu, authentically derived from Chef and Owner,
David Denis' background, Le Mistral clearly represents all regions of
